At Belmont Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day return period for all unworn watches in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch, all original documentation, warranty cards, and accessories back into the original Belmont Watches presentation box and outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition and serial numbers, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
